Welcome to the Yacolt Mountain Farm and Nursery LLC Website!

Yacolt Mountain Farm and nursery LLC was founded by Caroline and Dan Swansey in 2011 and is located north of Battleground in the town of Yacolt, Wa. Our family farm's mission is to be a sustainable certified organic horse powered farm, which provides vegetables, free-range eggs, grassfed lamb, pastured porknursery plants and so much more to the community.

We run a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program and sell straight from the farm store, at farmer's markets (Battle Ground and Camas), and at local food stores

We suggest you follow our most recent activities, sales and pictures on facebook and "like" us if you want. Read our less updated blog to follow our stories and progress or check our calendar for upcoming events and farm store hours and don't hesitate to contact us.
