Welcome to the Yacolt Mountain Farm and Nursery LLC Website!



Yacolt Mountain Farm and nursery LLC was founded by Caroline and Dan Swansey in 2011 and is located Yacolt, clark county Wa. 
Our family farm's mission is to be a sustainable certified organic horse powered farm.
We provide 
certified organic vegetables
free-range eggs
grassfed lamb
and so much more to the community.

We run a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program and sell straight from the farm store as well as at Camas farmer's markets. We teach workshops Workshops on a wide range of sustainable farming topics.


Farm Store Hours
March through November (we are closed December through February)
every Saturday 10am to 2pm
