I met a few people recently whom I gave some kale and they told me they never had had it and weren't sure what to do with it. Well, you can do soo much with kale. I thought about what I do with kale and then started exploring other peoples kale dishes of choice. Since we are having quite a bit of kale for dinners ourselves it is also nice to change the way we use kale every day and then it doesn't feel like we're eating the same thing every day. Also, I'm sure we'll be growing other products such as kale that people wonder what to do with or just want to try something new and exciting with. So I'm starting a recipes tab where I'll try to provide you with as many recipes and ideas as I can so that there will always be something that sounds good to make. Of course, keep in mind all recipes can be adjusted to personal preferences, so let them inspire you but don't let them limit you from creating something new. And if you have a recipe you think I should add please e-mail me and I'll be happy to add it. So I hope the new tab inspires many of you to love vegetables as much as I do. |
