Though temperatures are still close to freezing, our temporary greenhouse set-up has paid off. Our temporary greenhouse is only a little over four feet high but the seeds have been happy with their home and came to life today. It was really hard to take a picture of the sprouting seeds but take my word for it, the lettuces and kales are sprouting :o). We have ordered a large greenhouse of 30' by 48' feet where we will scale up our operations, but for now I feel confident that we will have plenty of greens for our first market.
